Interesting look at mortality rates between pro football players and pro baseball players. Surprisingly football players have lower mortality rates.
The surprising conclusion makes me wonder if the baseball players ages (especially for non-US players) is as accurate as possible. People have long joked about Latin country players lowering their ages to look better to the scouts. I wonder if a comparison between only US born football and baseball players would show the same results.
